Dear Otto,
I am sad to report that your staff in the South End are passive aggressive and not at all helpful. Not being able to deliver pizzas that you accepted an order on and not sharing that fact with your customers is crappy business.
No response necessary, the passive aggressive staff member who seemed told me that he has shared my concern with you as many others in the south end have had the same issue.
